Hours Tracker: Pay & Shifts is an iOS app that helps users track work shifts, hours worked, estimated pay, tips, pay periods, actual paycheck amounts, and timesheet history.
Information We Collect
When you create an account, we may collect your name and email address. This information is used to create and manage your account and support sign-in.
The app may also store information you enter, including job names, hourly rates, shifts, hours worked, tips, pay periods, actual paycheck amounts, timesheet history, and related app settings.
How We Use Information

- Create and manage user accounts
- Save and display work, pay, and timesheet information

- Support the optional Remove Ads purchase

Firebase
Hours Tracker: Pay & Shifts uses Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Firestore, to create accounts, support sign-in, and store account-related information and app data.
Advertising
Hours Tracker: Pay & Shifts may display ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect information such as device information, advertising identifiers, app usage data, and other information to provide, personalize, and measure ads.
You may be able to limit ad tracking or manage advertising preferences through your device settings.
In-App Purchases
Hours Tracker: Pay & Shifts offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove ads. Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
iCloud Backup
If available and enabled by the user, the app may allow optional backup and restore using iCloud. iCloud backup is used to help save and restore app data such as account information, pay settings, jobs, shifts, tips, pay periods, and app preferences.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
Some information may be processed by third-party services used to operate the app, including Firebase, Google AdMob, and Apple. These services process information according to their own privacy practices and applicable terms.
Data Storage
Some information may be stored locally on your device. Some account information and app data may be stored using Firebase. If you use optional iCloud backup features, selected app data may also be stored in your private iCloud database.
Your Choices
You may choose not to create an account, but some app features may require sign-in.
You may update certain information inside the app. You may also contact us to request help with your account or data, including account deletion or data deletion requests.
Children’s Privacy
Hours Tracker: Pay & Shifts is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete the information if appropriate.
